Part family chracterization

Part Family Characterization now available on the CLI

Bill of Material

Bill of Material now available as part of the TitleBlock Adds Concept of a MaterialSet. This allows the defintion of material options (Material A and B) or (Material C and D).

identifier

Adds identifier_type to the ReferenceIds. This will be extended by an owner and status field in the future to support captions such as "Previous Customer Part Number".
