Surface Roughness Information¶

Surface Roughness Extraction

WERK24 now supports the extraction of surface roughness information from Technical Drawings following ISO 1302 in its 1978, 1992 and 2002 releases as well as ANSI Y14.36 in its 1996 and 2018 release. ISO 21920-1:2021 is partially supported.

PMI-Extract Surface Roughness¶

The PMIExtract Product now also supports contains the surface roughness information.

New Tolerance Type: Reference¶

WERK24 now handles reference measures (i.e, measures that are written in brackets) correctly. These measures are not tolerated. To account for this, we return a new toleration type: REFERENCE

Fixes¶

IT Grades are now string values¶

Previously the IT grades were integer values. This caused problems with negative IT grades (e.g., IT01). The data type is now changed to string.
